Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide in-home nursing care to patients in their own homes. Night shifts are available with competitive pay and weekly paychecks. The role requires current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice, TB or Chest X-ray clearances, and a current BLS card.

Benefits include health/dental/vision, HSA and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k). This is a full-time or part-time position with at-home assignments across the service area.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
