Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Robbinsville, NC is hiring an LPN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, following prescribed orders and using the nursing process.

This role offers day shifts, weekday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) and PTO. Prior nursing experience is preferred, and TB/Chest X-ray and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
