Advocate Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Mt Pleasant family medicine office. You will join a care team to provide nursing services, document care, and assist with patient flow in a busy ambulatory setting.

The role requires NC/SC LPN licensure and BLS, with potential for sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package. Weekdays, full-time, 40 hours per week, with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• LPN license in NC or SC is required.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program is required.
• BLS certification is required by policy.
• Previous medical office experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care in a physician office or ambulatory setting.
• Document patient care and interactions in the EMR.
• Perform telephone triage and advise patients per protocol.
• Administer medications including injections and vaccines.
• Assist with procedures and maintain clinical supplies.
• Perform venipuncture and point-of-care tests as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, TJC, and safety standards.
