Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for client employees and dependents at our Health Center in Celebration, FL.

Shifts include A, B and weekend rotations with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Experience in primary care is preferred; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with match, paid holidays and vacation, and wellness programs. Qualifications

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Currently licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA, ARC or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care with supervision under healthcare providers.
• Performs meds, wound care, and specimen collection per orders.
• Maintains equipment and a clean, safe environment per infection control.
• Keeps patient health records accurate and up-to-date.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
