Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a licensed practical/vocational nurse (LPN/LVN) for a contingent clinic role in Mount Pleasant, SC. The position is 30 hours per week, on-site, with every other weekend, and holiday coverage in a contract capacity.

Responsibilities include patient care, medication administration, and EMR documentation in Epic. Candidates must hold an active LPN/LVN license and have 1+ year healthcare experience in primary/urgent care or ER, with phlebotomy, vaccines, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate complex patient conditions and document treatment responses.
• Monitor vital signs and document abnormalities.
• Develop and administer patient assessments and care plans.
• Maintain organized, stocked, and clean clinic environment.
