Job summary

Allina Health in Buffalo, MN is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers in an outpatient clinic setting. You will collect patient information, provide patient care, and collaborate with the care team to deliver timely services.

Responsibilities include patient care, charting in the electronic medical record, assisting with procedures, and coordinating follow-up visits. The role offers an 8-hour day shift, 72 hours per two-week pay period, with no weekends and mileage

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in MN or WI as applicable.
• Experience in outpatient clinic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Assists in procedures, administers therapies, schedules follow-up visits and coordinates care.
• Maintains accurate and complete documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Organizes patient flow and prepares exam rooms for physicians.

Education

Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program
