Job summary

Allina Health – Clinic in Forest Lake, MN seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers in outpatient care. The role involves patient data collection, direct care, and coordinating with the care team in a clinic setting.

This .8 FTE (64 hours per two-week pay period) position features Day shifts (8- and 12-hour), no weekends, a $2,000 starting bonus for eligible external talent, and mileage reimbursement eligibility within a Minnesota region.

Qualifications

• LPN program completion and licensure required.
• Clinical teamwork and patient care skills required.
• Ability to follow provider/RN directions and document care.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Administers therapies including medications and scheduling follow ups.
• Provides patient care pre/post encounter or procedure and health information.
• Collaborates with Provider and team on quality goals.
• May start, monitor, and discontinue IVs (site dependent).
• Rooms patients and manages patient flow; obtains medical information.
