Allina Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support providers in a clinic setting. You will collect patient information, deliver patient care, and assist with procedures in an outpatient environment.

This role involves rooming patients, taking vital signs, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR. The position requires an LPN license in MN (or WI where applicable), and an associates/ diploma from an approved LPN program.

Qualifications

• LPN program Accredited by the Board of Nursing.
• Two years clinic LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Administers therapies including medications and scheduling follow-ups.
• Rooms patients and manages patient flow; takes vital signs and records in EMR.
• Prepares exam rooms and restocks supplies; assists with procedures.
• Documents all encounters in the electronic medical record.
