Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program.
• Two years clinic LPN experience (preferred).
• Licensed Practical Nurse license (MN or WI) required/eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Rooms patients and manages patient flow; records vital signs and information in the medical record.
• Answers phones cordially and schedules appointments/redirects to RN or provider as needed.
• Performs clinical functions within licensed scope as ordered by physician.
• Cleans, restocks exam rooms and prepares them for patient visits.
• Supports the care team to meet quality goals.
