LPN (Pre Operative) Licensed Practical Nurse

About the Position

Boro Park Center in Brooklyn, NY, is hiring a Bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem shifts with a base rate of $35.38, plus an additional 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities

1. Collect information from new residents for admission.
2. Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
3. Administer medications and injections as needed.
4. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
5. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
6. Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
7. Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid LPN license in the state.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
