Responsibilities

• Collecting required information from new residents for admission
• Recording health details, including vitals and temperature
• Administering medications and injections as needed
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may be required
• Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene
• Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output

Requirements

• Ability to work as part of a team
• Valid NY State LPN license
• Good standing with the State Registry

Compensation and Benefits

Base rate: $35.38/hour plus a 10% shift differential for evening and night shifts. Non-union rate: $45/hour. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions. We welcome new graduates!
