LPN (Pre Operative) Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Details

Salary: Base rate of $31.94/hour with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights. Non-union rate: $40/hour.

Responsibilities

• Collect required information from new residents for admission.
• Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
• Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents' food and liquid intake/output.
