Position Details

University Center, located in Bronx, NY, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Benefits: Now Offering a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus. The base rate is $31.94 per hour, with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from new residents for admission.
• Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections as needed.
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
• Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid LPN license in the state.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
