Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health and ensure clinical quality. You will monitor health changes, assist with medication management, and ensure safe practices while coordinating with families, physicians, and care teams.

Active LPN/LVN licensure and at least 1 year of related experience are required. This on-site role emphasizes documentation, compliance, and team training within a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license.
• 1+ year experience in senior living or clinical setting.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
