Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking an RN/LPN for private duty nursing in Elburn, IL. The role involves providing professional patient care using the nursing process, with shifts including nights as available.

Applicant must hold a current nursing license in the practicing state, have a current health certificate, a PPD or Chest X-ray, and a valid BLS card. Prior RN/LPN experience is preferred. Maxim offers comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
