Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-home care for pediatric patients. The role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care according to physician orders, in patients' homes.

Eligible candidates hold an LPN/LVN license, current BLS, and TB or chest X-ray clearance. One year of nursing experience is preferred and the position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Qualifications:
