Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Hodgenville, KY, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work one-on-one with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions are available for day, evening, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
