Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Central City, KY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home pediatric nursing care.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under physician orders, and coordinate with families to support healthy development. The role requires current LPN/LVN licensure in Kentucky, a valid BLS card, a TB/Chest X-ray on file, and at least one year of pediatric/home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in Kentucky.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of pediatric/home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
