Maxim Healthcare in Princeton, IN seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide in-home pediatric care in patients’ homes. Hourly pay ranges from $26 to $30, with competitive benefits and weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities include nursing assessment, planning and delivering skilled care, and documentation per orders. Qualifications require an active LPN/LVN license in Indiana, a current TB or chest X-ray, a current BLS card, and at least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray within valid period.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) card.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patient homes according to orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms and respond to physiologic/psychosocial changes.
• Perform nursing processes to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Document data and nursing diagnoses accurately in patient records.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
