Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license required in the state of Ohio.
• CPR certification required and active.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate status and notify nursing leadership if changes occur.
• Identify problems and emergency situations and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Provide holistic care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Monitor medications and supplies inventory to ensure availability for residents.
• Complete medical forms, reports, and charting as needed.
• Report occupational exposures in line with facility policies.
