Job summary

Cedar Crest Village, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking per diem and part-time Registered Nurses. Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $49.00 per hour, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for those accepting a part-time role.

The position supports residents across our onsite medical center, in assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings. The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care, clinical excellence, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to meet holistic

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, prioritizing resident-centered care.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards of practice.
• Promote residents’ independence and educate residents/families on condition, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to perform routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform treatments.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
