Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Cedar Crest Village in Pompton Plains, NJ is seeking Per Diem and Part Time Registered Nurses. Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $49.00 per hour, with shift differential based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties in line with nurse practice acts and standards.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and educating residents/families.
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver routine nursing care.
