Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty pediatric nursing for a 9-year-old girl in Perryopolis, PA.

This full-time overnight position includes 7:30 AM–3:30 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts, focused on high-quality home health care in a family-centered setting. Ideal candidates hold an active PA LPN (or RN) license, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
