Job summary
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 14-year-old girl in Hastings, PA. This full-time role offers day or overnight shifts with the opportunity to impact a child's life through consistent, high-quality care.
You will work closely with the family and care team to monitor health, administer medications, and support daily activities in a home setting.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
- CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Compassionate and dedicated pediatric care focus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Perform g-tube care/feedings.
- Monitor vitals.
- Monitor seizures.
- Administer oxygen.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Communicate clearly with care team and family.
- Deliver exceptional pediatric family-centered care.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9.25 hours/day OR 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 14‑year‑old female child. - Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
