Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for an 11-year-old boy, including trach/vent care. This full-time day shift role offers stable hours and meaningful, family-centered care in a home setting.

You will perform ADLs, g-tube feeding, monitor vitals, administer meds, and collaborate with the care team. Pennsylvania LPN license required, CPR, 6+ months' pediatric/home health experience preferred. Pittsburgh location; Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in PA
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience
• CPR certification required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Caring, independent, and passionate about pediatric care
