Fairmont of Westlake in Westlake, OH seeks an LPN to join our Montessori-Inspired Living community. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and help supervise Certified Nursing Assistants under the direction of the RN and Nursing Director.

The role requires a current LPN license, English fluency, and a compassionate, resident-centered approach. Experience in long-term care is valued, and a positive attitude toward the elderly is essential to maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State or in training to satisfactorily complete the requirements to become a LPN
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner
• Must speak and understand English
• Previous experience in a nursing capacity desirable
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws
• Knowledge of regulations and guidelines governing long-term care desirable
• Positive attitude toward the elderly
