Fairmont of Westlake is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and to supervise day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs in accordance with state standards, ensuring the highest quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the State of Ohio.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Experience in nursing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs.
• Follow RN, Director of Nursing Services, and Administration guidance to ensure quality care.
