Job summary

Fairmont of Westlake is seeking compassionate direct-care staff to support residents under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.

You will assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for residents, while upholding dignity and respect in daily interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.
