Fairmont of Westlake in Westlake, OH, is seeking direct care staff to support residents under licensed nursing supervision. You will help maintain a positive physical, social and psychological environment for seniors, assisting with daily activities and comfort.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, able to read and write, speak and understand English, and committed to a compassionate, respectful approach to elder care.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Must speak and understand English
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.
