Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute in Colorado is hiring full-time LPNs for 6:30am–6:30pm shifts on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. One full-time or two part-time roles exist for 6:30pm–6:30am on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. Join a compassionate team in a skilled nursing setting.

Provide LVN/LPN nursing services, may supervise CNAs, and handle medications and treatments. Must hold a Colorado LPN license and CPR, and pass a background check; LTC/SNF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in Colorado.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to pass a Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• May supervise nurse assistants, administer medications, and perform treatments.
