Job summary

Sierra Post Acute is hiring aLPN to join our team in Colorado. This part-time position involves providing LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, with potential supervision of nurse assistants and handling medications and treatments.

Successful candidates will hold an active LPN license in Colorado, CPR certification, and pass required background checks. LTC/SNF experience is a plus, with competitive pay and benefits as noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check; Colorado CAPS background check.
