Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is seeking a Part-Time LPN to join our skilled nursing team. Shifts include Sunday and Monday 2pm-10pm, with options for Part-Time or Full-Time with rotating weekends.

We offer competitive pay from $31 to $39 per hour, plus healthcare benefits, 401k with match, PTO, and sick leave. Must hold Colorado LPN license and CPR certification; SNF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility is a plus.

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.
