Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring licensed practical nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our skilled nursing team on the 2pm-10pm shift, with rotating weekends; part-time options Sunday–Thursday also available.

You will provide nursing services, supervise nurse assistants, handle medication passes and treatments, and help us deliver high‑quality care. A Colorado LPN license and CPR certification are required, plus background checks.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Colorado.
• CPR certification required.
• Able to pass a criminal and CAPS background check.
