Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring full-time CNAs for day and night shifts with rotating weekend schedules. The facility provides 24-hour skilled nursing care and rehab to residents, offering competitive pay and benefits. Must have a Colorado CNA license, current CPR, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must possess, at a minimum, 10th grade education, current CPR, and be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of Colorado.
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and CAPS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist with daily living activities and monitor residents’ conditions as part of a care team.
