Job summary

Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado is hiring a Part-Time LPN to join our skilled nursing team on Sundays and Mondays 2pm-10pm.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Experience in skilled nursing facility is a plus!

Rate Range:

$31-$39/ hour
