Coal Creek Post Acute and Assisted Living in Colorado is hiring full-time LPNs for 12-hour shifts, 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am. We value empathy, teamwork, and compassionate care for our residents.

Shifts: 12-hour shifts, Full Time 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• Current CPR

Rate Range: $31-$38/hour
