Job summary

Hilltop Park Post Acute in Denver, CO, is hiring LPNs for part-time shifts. We offer a supportive team, rehab-focused on-site facilities, and a friendly environment.

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring LPNs!

Shifts:

• Part-time 6am-2pm on Saturday, Sunday & Monday
• Part-time 10pm-6am 3 x/week with a weekend rotation

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range - $30-$40/hour
