Job summary

Sierra Post Acute is seeking a part-time LPN/LVN to join our dedicated team in providing patient-centered care within a skilled nursing unit. You will render nursing services, support medication administration, and collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure residents receive high-quality care.

The successful candidate will hold an active LPN license in Colorado, possess CPR certification, and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in LTC/SNF a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
• May include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
