Sierra Post Acute in Lakewood, CO is hiring part-time and PRN CNAs. Join a team focused on patient-centered care and resident well-being, with flexible weekend coverage (6am-6pm Sun and Fri; 6pm-6am Fri and Sat).

Provide direct care under the supervision of licensed nurses, assisting with activities of daily living and documentation. Qualifications include Colorado CNA license and CPR; background checks required. Rate range is $20-$26 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado CNA license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pass a criminal background check and CAPS background check.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Experience in a LTC/SNF is a plus!

Rate Range: $20-$26
