Miami Jewish Health in Miami, FL is seeking an LPN for its PACE program. Under supervision of the Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing care to assigned participants in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities include administering medications, initiating IV therapy where permitted, and educating patients and families as planned by the RN. Must have Florida LPN license and 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current licensure by the Florida State Board of Nursing.
• At least one year of LPN experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs nursing care for assigned participants under RN guidance.
• Administers medications and initiates IV therapy as permitted.
• Counsels or teaches patients and families as planned by the RN.
• Communicates patient data to care team following reporting guidelines.
• Maintains documentation according to standards and participates in team meetings.
