CarePartners Health Services in Brevard, NC, is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its PACE center. Qualifications

• LPN/LVN license required.
• BLS must be obtained within 15 days of start date.
• First Aid certification required within 30 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care for the clinic population.
• Triager participants and administer medications per MAR and standing orders.
• Assist with ordering labs, procedures, and visits; wound care and dressing changes.
• Document care delivery, patient condition, reactions and progress; coordinate with team.
