Job summary

CarePartners Health Services in Asheville, NC seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our Day Center team. You will work under the Day Center Supervisor (RN) to triage participants, administer medications, assist with labs and procedures, and provide wound care.

Responsibilities include documenting care, coordinating with providers, and educating patients about medications. Requires LPN/LVN license, BLS within 15 days, First Aid within 30 days, and about 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN license required.
• BLS within 15 days of start date.
• First Aid Basic within 30 days of start date.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage participants and deliver nursing care.
• Administer medications per MAR and standing orders.
• Assist with orders for labs, procedures and consultations.
• Change dressings and provide wound care.
• Document care delivery and patient status.
• Educate patients about pharmaceuticals and care plans.
