Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the PACE Center in Brevard, NC. Under the Day Center Supervisor, you will provide nursing care, triage participants, administer medications, and support care coordination within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) required.
• Associate degree or vocational school graduate.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certifications must be obtained within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Triage participants and administer medications per MAR and standing orders.
• Assist providers with orders for labs, procedures, and visits; change dressings and provide wound care.
• Document care, patient condition, and progress using the Nursing Process; educate patients on pharmaceuticals.
