Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Vero Beach. This weekday, 4-day schedule offers competitive pay and excellent benefits in a supportive VA-focused setting.

You will work with the PACT Team to provide nursing care, administer medications, manage patient records in VISTA/CPRS, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes in a primary care environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate of practical or vocational nursing approved by the state.
• Minimum one year experience as an LPN/LVN in a primary care or ambulatory setting; VA experience preferred.
• Must hold an unrestricted nursing license in the applicable state and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care per physician orders.
• Collaborate with the PACT Team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and document administration in the EMR.
• Operate EKG and diagnostic equipment to support routine tests.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate charting in VISTA/CPRS.
• Assist with front desk duties and patient check-in/check-out as needed.
