Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Okeechobee, FL.

This PRN position offers a weekday schedule and competitive compensation with solid benefits. As part of the clinic team, you will perform prescribed medical treatments, assist with assessments, administer medications, document in EMR, and support patient education and care coordination with the VA and community resources.

Qualifications

• One year of LPN/LVN experience in a primary care or ambulatory setting is preferred.
• Current license in the state of employment; must be in good standing with VA requirements.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Strong computer skills and EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatments and personal care per physician or mid-level provider.
• Collaborate with the core PACT team and expanded team for patient care plans.
• Input patient information into EMR and maintain accurate charting.
• Administer medications and perform basic nursing procedures as directed.
• Support patient education, wellness, and preventive services.
