Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Harrison. You will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care under physician direction, collaborating with the PACT team to support veterans' care.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Minimum one-year experience in a primary or ambulatory care setting; government healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be licensed and in good standing as an LPN/LVN in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification (and ACLS where required by contract).
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care, examinations and tests.
• Perform nursing assessments and preventive services.
• Administer medications and document in EMR.
• Operate EKG and other diagnostic equipment.
• Collect lab specimens and assist in wound care.
• Maintain clean treatment rooms and manage supplies.
• Support front desk duties and patient education.
