• Assist with various nursing skills and operate medical equipment such as wound vacs, chest tubes, and telemetry monitors.

Position Overview

This role is based on a fast-paced orthopedics and urology surgical unit with 41 beds, specializing in acute surgical care, trauma, and low acuity medical patients. The unit emphasizes teamwork, patient safety, and efficient recovery, with resources including educators, supervisors, and management. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4-6, and staff collaborate closely with therapy teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
