Job summary

Alpine Healthcare Center in Keene, NH, part of 603 Healthcare, seeks a Per Diem Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide direct nursing care and cover shifts as needed. You will administer medications, monitor resident status, and support safe, responsive care.

Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program with an active NH license and CPR certification. Prior long-term care experience preferred; you will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program.
• Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in practicing state (New Hampshire).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within applicable license scope.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Perform treatments and wound care.
• Monitor resident status and communicate significant changes.
• Carry out and document physician orders.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, rounds, and care planning.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.

Compensation: LPN $31 - $39 | RN $42 -50, based on experience

About the Role
