Job summary

Alpine Healthcare Center, part of 603 Healthcare in New Hampshire, is seeking a Per Diem LNA to provide hands-on resident care and support the nursing team.

You'll assist residents with daily living activities, monitor changes in condition, and maintain accurate documentation while upholding dignity and respect. Requires LNA certification, CPR/BLS, and strong communication; experience in long-term care preferred. $21-$28/hour.

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Assist residents during meals and with toileting programs.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition or care needs.
• Maintain accurate required documentation.
• Communicate resident needs promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.

About the Role
