Job summary

Alpine Healthcare Center in Keene, NH is seeking a Per Diem LNA to provide hands-on resident care and support the nursing team with dependable coverage.

You'll assist residents with daily living, monitor changes in condition, document accurately, and communicate needs promptly, while upholding dignity and respect.

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Per Diem LNA, you'll provide hands‑on resident care while helping our nursing team maintain dependable coverage. You'll assist residents with daily care, communicate changes in condition, and help ensure each resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

What We're Looking For

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a resident‑centered approach.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long‑term care preferred.
